摘　　要：本文叙述了数字图书馆的产生、发展及其特点 ,探讨了 2 1世纪图书馆的形态和数字图书馆所涉及的问题 ,并提出相应的解决办法。以及建设数字图书馆是高校图书馆的发展趋势。Introducing the birth and development of the digital library and its characteristics, the paper explores the forms of libraries in the 21st century and problems confronting the digital library and provides correspondent solutions.It is a developing trend to build digital library in colleges and universities.
