摘  要:文章以卡宾达-维提亚兹和卡伦-涠洲减三线脱蜡油为原料,进行了溶剂精制和白土精制试验,试验结果表明:卡宾达-维提亚兹基础油黏度指数勉强达到MVI要求,该油种不适宜进"老三套"生产润滑油基础油。通过对卡宾达-维提亚兹、卡伦-涠洲减三线基础油以及加氢基础油组成的比对分析,较好地解释了基础油黏度指数的大小,是由其饱和烃中链烷烃和一环环烷烃含量的高低决定的。在当今原油劣质化趋势更加显著,适应传统工艺生产润滑油基础油资源越来越少的时期,该研究为"老三套"原油品种的优化、保证润滑油基础油质量和企业经济效益提供了技术支撑。Based on the solvent clay treatments of the dewaxed oil from Cabinda-Vityaz Karen-Weizhou vacuum distillate No.3 fractions,it is shown that Cabinda-Vityaz crude oil is unsuitable for conventional lube base oil production,of which the VI specification has been barely met with MVI standard.Compared with the composition analysis of hydro-treated base oil and two conventional base oils separately from Cabinda-VityazKaren-Weizhou vacuum distillate No.3 fractions,it is concluded that the VI is positively correlated with its paraffin monocycloparaffin contents.In an era lack of conventional base oil production resources,this study supplies the technical support for the optimization of conventional lube base oil production which ensures the base oil quality and company's profit.
