摘 要:介绍常规硫磺回收催化剂评价装置的评价方法,指出常规硫磺回收催化剂活性评价方法存在的不足并提出了改进措施。改进后的活性评价装置床层温差变小,尾气排放达到环保排放要求指标;原颗粒度活性评价装置新的进样方式使分析数据更准确并且消除环境污染;微反活性评价方法中增加苛刻水解试验方法,可对氧化钛基有机硫水解催化剂进行有效的CS2水解活性对比考察。The paper introduced evaluation methods and the disadvantages of the conven-tional evaluation unit for sulfur recovery catalyst , put forth the improvement measures.Tempera-ture differences between bed layers were less by using the improved activity evaluation unit and off gas discharge was reached environmental protection requirement .The analysis data was more accurate and environment pollution was eliminated by using new sampling way on the original graininess evaluation unit.Effective comparative studies on CS 2 hydrolysis activity of the organic sulfur based on titanium oxide catalyst could be executed by adding harsh hydrolysis test in mi-cro-reactor activity evaluation method.
