摘  要:介绍碳四芳构化过程双塔分离系统的工艺方案、技术特点和再生系统,通过与三塔系统对比可知:双塔并联系统,减少了吸收解吸塔、水冷器和容器,不需要高温热源,投资省,能耗低。再生系统占用时间短,在较低温度下进行切换,无需高温材质管件。The paper described process project , technical features and regeneration system of the two-column parallel separation system for C 4 aromatization.Compared with the three -column system, the two-column parallel separation system for C 4 aromatization had the follow-ing advantages such as less investment , lower energy consumption , fewer equipments and with-out absorption-desorption column, and didn’ t need high temperature heat source.Regenera-tion time of the system was short.The regeneration system could switch at the lower temperature and do not need special fittings for high temperature .
