摘　　要：阐述了在用酚二磺酸光度法测定水样中硝酸盐氮浓度实验过程中,导致回收率不稳定存在的可能因素。通过设计多种实验,得出加酸程序对硝酸盐氮测定回收率是存在影响的。This paper describes the probably factors leading the rate of recovery instable,in the experimental process,when testing the concentration of nitrate nitrogen in water samples by spectrophotometric method with phenol disulfonic acid.Through designing varied experiment,come to conclusion that adding acid procedure impacst the recovery rate.
