大黄联合阿托伐他汀对非酒精性脂肪肝血脂及氧化应激指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察大黄联合阿托伐他汀治疗非酒精性脂肪肝及对血脂、氧化应激指标的影响。方法将96例患者随机均分为两组,对照组给予口服阿托伐他汀治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加大黄水煎剂治疗,疗程3个月。另选择50例老年健康体检者作为正常组。结果与正常组比较,治疗前两组患者血三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)显著升高,氧化应激指标丙二醛(MDA)显著升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组血脂及氧化应激指标较治疗前(P<0.05)及对照组均显著改善(P<0.05),肝脏B超积分显著降低(P<0.05)。结论大黄联合阿托伐他汀能显著调节慢性非酒精性脂肪肝患者血脂水平,减轻氧化应激。Objective To investigate the influence of rhubarb combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets （ Lipitor ） on blood lipids and oxidative stress indicators in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （ NAFLD ） . Methods 96 patients with NAFLD were di-vided into two groups randomly and equally. The control group was treated with oral atorvastatin, while the treatment group was added with the rhubarb decoction on the basis of the control group treatment. The course of treatment was three months. And other 50 healthy aged people undergoing the healthy physical examination were selected as the normal group. Results The blood TG, TC and LDL-C levels before treatment in the two groups were significantly increased compared with those in the normal group, while the oxidative stress indicator MDA was significantly increased, SOD and GSH-Px were significantly reduced （ P ﹤ 0. 05 ） . After treatment, the blood lipids and oxidative stress indicators in the treatment group were markedly improved compared with the control group and before treat-ment （ P ﹤ 0. 05 ） , the B-ultrasound scores were significantly decreased （ P ﹤ 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Rhubarb combined with atorvastatin can significantly regulate blood lipid level, improves the oxidative stress. Only individual cases appear mild diarrhea during the treatment process. So its security is good.
