高效液相色谱法测定止痒消炎水中苦参碱含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定止瘁消炎水中苦参碱的含量的高效液相色谱C）法。方法色谱柱为Waters mmetry 18150mm×4．6mm，5um），流动相为甲醇－腈－H为6．8磷酸盐缓冲液（8：8：84），检测波长为210nm。结果苦参碱进样量在0．25～2．50μg（r=0．9999）范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，平均回收率为99．79％，RSD为1．65％（n=6）。结论该法简便、准确，可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To determine the matrine content in relieving itching anti- inflammation fluid. Methods The HPLC method was adopted with the Waters Symmetry CI8 column（150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） and the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-pH 6,8 phosphate buffered solution（8：8： 84）. The detection wavelength was at 210 nm. Results The linear range of matrine was 0. 25-2.50 μg （r =0. 999 9）, the average recovery rate was 99.79%, RSD = 1.65% （n = 6）. Conclusion This HPLC methods is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of relieving itching anti- inflammation fluid.
