参芎葡萄糖注射液中总酚酸含量测定方法研究

摘　　要：目的：建立测定参芎葡萄糖注射液中总酚酸含量的紫外分光光度（UV）法。方法以原儿茶醛为对照品，对参芎葡萄糖注射液中总酚酸进行测定。结果原儿茶醛质量浓度在0.008~0.030 g/L范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系，A=31.54104 C－0.10397（ r=0.9996， n=5），平均回收率为103.61％，RSD为4.85％（ n=9）。结论该方法操作简便、准确可靠，可作为参芎葡萄糖注射液的质量控制方法。Objective To establish a method for the determination of total phenolic acid in Shenxiong Glucose Injection. Methods The UV spectrophotometry was adopted with protocatechuic aldehyde as the reference substance, the total phenolic content in Shenxiong Glu-cose Injection was measured. Results The mass concentration of total phenolic acids in the range of 0. 008-0. 030 g/L demonstrated the good linear relation with the absorbance, A=31. 541 04 C-0. 103 97, r=0. 999 6 （ n=5 ） , the average recovery rate was 103. 61% , RSD=4. 85% （ n=9 ） . Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used as the quality control method of Shenxiong Glucose Injection.
