摘  要:330 k V玉树变电站使用静止无功补偿装置SVC,原来运行模式是使用恒电压运行模式使330 k V电压保持在合格范围内。为进一步提高青海电网稳定水平,减少无功环流,青海省调规定青海地区所有SVC和SVG装置必须由调度AVC集中控制,330 k V玉树变电站SVC控制模式是带330 k V电压上下限的35 k V母线无功控制模式。为此,对330 k V玉树变电站修改了SVC装置功能程序和增加了通信设备,并且调试了3种SVC运行方式:定电压、定无功、带电压上下限的无功。调试结果符合青海省调AVC要求,使青海省调AVC可以对330 k V玉树变电站进行带330 k V电压上下限的35 k V母线无功控制。Constant voltage operation mode was used to keep the 330 kV voltage stable in the 330 kV Yushu substation in which SVC system is used. The control mode of the SVC in the Yushu substation was 35 kV bus reactive power control mode with 330 kV upper and low voltage limits. According to the requirement of the Qinghai provincial electrical power dispatch center that all SVC must be controlled by the AVC in the dispatch center. In order to improve the stability of the Qinghai power grid and to reduce circulating current in the power grid, the functions and programs of the SVC in the Yushu substation was modified, the communication equipments were added. And then the SVC was debugged and tested in three operation modes such as constant voltage control, constant reactive power control and reactive power control with upper and low voltage limits. The debugged system met the requirement of the AVC control in the power dispatch center to control the 35 kV bus reactive power with 330 kV upper and low voltage limits.
