摘　　要：国网95598业务支持系统工单流转过程中,遇到网络异常情况时,工单会停滞在某一环节或出现工单与公司营销业务系统之间工单状态不一致,在一定程度上影响工单处理。采用工单池技术有效解决了该问题,保障国网95598业务支持系统与营销业务系统间工单的顺畅流转。In the process of the work order transfer for 95598 business system, when network anomalies, the work order will be stagnate in a link or appear inconsistent with work order and marketing business work order＇s status, affecting work order＇s treatment. Using work order pool technology effectively solves the problem, ensures the work order smoothly transfer between 95598 business support systems and marketing business systems.
