普外科手术患者术后切口感染的原因分析与护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨普外科手术患者术后发生切口感染的原因以及相应的护理对策。方法选择我院普外科2013年1月~2014年12月收治的296例手术患者作为研究对象,对全部患者的基本资料进行分析。结果 296例普外科手术患者中,发生切口感染22例,其切口感染发生率为7.4%。在三类切口感染类型中,其中Ⅰ类切口感染4例,其感染率为1.4%;Ⅱ类切口感染9例,其感染率为3.0%;Ⅲ类切口感染20例,其感染率为6.8%。结论根据切口感染的原因提出相应的护理对策,能够有效的使发生切口感染的概率得到降低,使患者尽早得到康复。Objective To analyse the cause of the general surgery surgical patients postoperative incision infection and corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods Departmcnt of gencral surgcry from January 2013 to December 2013 were treated 296 cases of surgical patients as the research object, is the basic for all patients retrospectively the clinical data were analyzed. Results incision, increase of 22 patients, the infection of incision, 296 cases of general surgery patients, the infection of incidence of 7.4%. In three kinds of infection of incision type, including I for 4 cases, infection of incision, increase of patient infection rate was 1.4%; II class for 9 cases of incision infection patients, the infection rate was 3.0%; Ⅲ class for 20 cases incision infection patients, the infection rate was 6.8%. Conclusion According to the cause of the infection of incision, put forward corresponding nursing countermeasures, can effectively make the probability of incision infection, the patient recover as soon as possible.
