摘　　要：目的通过对不同的外伤性十二指肠损伤的围手术期护理方法的分析、比较,探讨得出更有利于患者病情好转的护理方法。方法选取我院普外科收治的外伤性十二指肠损伤患者72例,随机分为A组和B组,各36例。A组患者行优质护理法,B组患者行常规护理法。观察、记录两组患者的一般情况、术后恢复情况,并采用问卷调查的形式询问护理满意度,通过SPSS 16.0软件对相关资料进行研究分析,探讨得出更适用于外伤性十二指肠损伤的护理方案。结果两组患者接受护理后的一般情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在术后恢复情况和护理满意度的比较中,发现A组患者情况明显优于B组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上,优质护理法能更加有效地提高患者的恢复情况,值得在外伤性十二指肠损伤的围手术期护理过程中推广应用。Objective Through the analysis of different, traumatic duodenal injury perioperative nursing. The patients in group A for high quality nursing method for patients in group B received routine nursing care method. Observation, the recovery of two groups were recorded in the general condition, postoperative,And in the form of a questionnaire asking about nursing satisfaction, research and Analysis on the relevant data with SPSS 16 software. The research that the nursing scheme is more suitable for traumatic duodenal injuries. Results The two groups of patients in general nursing after no obvious difference （P〉0.05）; comparative recovery and nursing satisfaction in postoperative patients, found that patients in the A group was higher than that of group B patients condition, there is obvious difference, were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In clinic, the high quality nursing method can more effectively improve the recovery of patients, it is worthy of popularization and application in the peri operation period nursing of traumatic duodenal injuries in the process.
