摘 要:为了对新时期农村公路调整规划方案进行有效的综合评价,选择最优的调整方案,研究了基于熵权TOPSIS法的组合模型在其中的应用。首先,以美国交通运输系统评价的"3E"价值理论为指导,构建了以"效益"、"效率"、"公平"为3个总目标,6个分目标的多层次评价指标体系。其次,采用基于熵权法和TOPSIS法的组合模型客观评价方法对调整规划方案进行评价,根据调整规划方案得分值进行排序,找出最优的调整规划方案。最后,将该评价方法应用到宁波市部分地区的农村公路调整规划过程中,验证了熵权法和TOPSIS法的组合模型在农村公路调整规划工作中的科学性与简便性。For the purpose of comprehensive evaluation of the rural road and found the optimal adjustment program in the new era, a combination model of entropy and TOPSIS was studied in this paper. Firstly, with the US transportation system evaluation "3E" value theory as a guide, a evaluation system was constructed in this paper, which took "benefit", "efficiency", "fair" as the overall goal and six sub-objectives. Secondly, evaluated the adjustment plan based on the combined model of Entropy and TOPSIS, sorted according to the score value and found the optimal adjustment plan. Finally, applied the evaluation method in this article to the adjustment of rural roads in five regions of Ningbo City to prove the combined model of entropy and TOPSIS is scientific and simplicity in rural road planning.
