摘 要:为了应对老龄社会日益增长的老年人活动需求、解决城镇老年人居住环境问题,从老年人出行特征入手,对居住区公共服务设施的规划布置提出建议。在上海市范围内选取具有代表性和可比性的6个居住区进行调查研究,分析了老年人非通勤活动的出行特征和公共服务设施布置对老年人出行的影响。老年人非通勤活动的频率高于其他人群,步行出行方式比例高达66%,老年人更倾向于进行短距离的出行。居民至公共服务设施的最短路径均值与老年人步行比例存在负相关性,当设施的平均最短路径均值超过600 m时,老年人步行比例将低于60%,居住区公共服务设施沿街分散布置和混合布置两种模式更符合老年人的出行特征。建议面向老年人的居住区采用沿街分散或沿街分散与成片集中混合的公共服务设施布置模式,各类设施的平均最短路径均值不超过600 m。Daily activity demand of the elderly is growing fast with the increasing population ages. In order to improve the living environment of urban elderly, this paper focus on the travel characteristics of the elderly to present recommendations in public facility layout form and planning indicators. This paper selects 6 typical residential areas in Shanghai to study the elderly's travel characteristics of daily activities and the effect of public service facilities layout on the elderly's travel. The results show that the non-commute activity frequency of the elderly is higher than others, and the pedestrian accounts for 66%of all the trips. The elderly prefer a shorter distance pedestrian trip when taking daily activities. The elderly's pedestrian trip proportion has a negative correlation with the shortest routes to public service facilities. The elderly's pedestrian trip proportion will be less than 60% when the shortest routes to public service facilities is longer than 600 meters. It is suggested that public service facilities in residential area for the elderly should have a shortest routes mean value less than 600 meters and take the layout form of alone-street scattered or scattered- centralized mixed.
