摘　　要：为提高单井采油率和延长油井生产寿命,绥中36-1油田Ⅱ期水平井在储层钻进中应用了FLO-PRO无固相钻开液,该钻井液能最大程度的保护储层。本文从影响钻井液伤害油层的主要因素进行分析,探讨了现场应用过程中FLO-PRO钻井液体系优异的性能如何将对储层的伤害降到最低,从而实现产量最大化。在绥中36-1油田12口水平井的应用表明:FLO-PRO钻开液井眼清洁能力强,钻井效率高,润滑性和稳定性好,渗透率恢复值高,无毒环保,尤其适用于大位移水平井,实现优、快、好、省的作业目标。FLO-PRO Solids Free Drill-in Fluid that protects producing formation was applied to drilling the horizontal reservoir inSuizhong 36-1 OilfieldⅡto improve oil recovery and production life of single-well. The main factors affecting drilling fluid to formation areanalyzed in this paper to introduce FLO-PRO drilling fluid to minimize reservoir damage and optimize production. The application of FLOPROin 12 horizontal wells in Suizhong 36-1 shows that the drill-in fluid is environmentally acceptable,and of good hole-cleaning ability,higher ROP,lubricity,stability as well as return permeability,which is especially suitable for drilling extended-reach horizontal wells withgood-quality,high efficiency,safety and low-costs.
