生防细菌K2-1的筛选及其对凡纳滨对虾致病弧菌的拮抗效果

摘　　要：按照梯度稀释法和涂布平板法从厦门市海沧港口污泥中筛选到一株生防细菌K2-1,以溶藻弧菌为指示菌,发现K2-1的发酵上清对该弧菌具有抑菌作用。进而针对性地开展K2-1发酵上清对凡纳滨对虾养殖常见的其他三种弧菌的拮抗效果实验,发现K2-1发酵上清对副溶血弧菌、哈维氏弧菌及鳗弧菌均有较好的拮抗效果,预示该生防细菌K2-1可开发用于凡纳滨对虾养殖中弧菌病的防治。A biocontrol bacterium strain K2-1 with strong inhibition against Vibrio alginolyticus was screened out from the mud of Haicang harbor Xiamen China by the method of serial dilution and agar plate smearing,the further antimicrobial assay showed that the supernatant of strain K2-1 had a strong antimicrobial activity against the growth of 3 other kinds of vibrio pathogens often occurring and harmful to the farming of vannamei shrimp（Penaeus Vanmamei）,including Vibrio harveyi,Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Vibrio anguillarum,suggesting that strain K2-1 could be used as a biocontrol bacterium in the control and prevention of Penaeus Vanmamei＇s vibrio diseases.
