摘  要:本文分离鉴定引发团头鲂暴发性死亡的病原菌,并寻找病原菌的敏感性药物。从患病团头鲂体内分离菌株,通过人工感染试验,常规形态学观察、主要生理生化特征及16s r DNA序列分析。结果表明,分离菌株鉴定为维氏气单胞菌,对头孢曲松、四环素、强力霉素、磷霉素等具有较强的敏感性,而对青霉素G、壮观霉素、复方新诺明、氟哌酸、链霉素、万古霉素等表现出耐药性。该实验为气单胞菌的鉴定及团头鲂细菌性疾病防治提供科学依据。In order to isolate and identify the pathogen of the disease and look for the sensitivity drugs to this pathogen. The pathogen was isolated from the sick Megalobrama amblycephala with typical syndrome by streak plate method. Four methods including the morphological,physiological,and biochemical characteristics,16 s r DNA sequence analysis and artificial infection were used to identify the isolated strain. The pathogen were identified as Aeromonas veronii. The antibiotic sensitivity analysis showed that ceftriaxone,tetracycline,doxycycline,fosfmgcin and other 11 kinds drugs were sensitive to Aeromonas veronii;A. veronii was resistant to penicillin,spectinomycin,trimethoprim and sulphame-thoxazole,norfloxacin,streptomycin,vancomycin and other10 kinds drugs.The report will benefit the identification of Aeromonas and treatment of diseases in Megalobrama amblycephala.
