摘 要:建立了平动回转压缩机的径向间隙泄漏模型,通过Matlab编程模拟,结合热力学过程,分别求解了由速度边界层和压力边界层形成的径向间隙泄漏。同时在进气温度、压比、径向间隙、转速等不同条件影响下对平动回转压缩机的泄漏情况进行比较,分析了影响其径向间隙泄漏变化的各个因素,其中径向间隙的影响最为明显。对于润滑油的密封作用采用密封角度来近似计算,使计算结果更为合理。The radial clearance leakage model of translational rotary compressor was firstly established. Then according to the thermodynamic process, the radial clearance leakages due to velocity boundary layer and pressure boundary layer were respectively simulated with Matlab. The leakages of compressor under the influence of different inlet temperature, pressure ratio, radial clearance and speed are compared with each other. All factors influencing the leakage were analyzed, among which the radial clearance makes a difference. The sealing effect of lubricating oil was described from the viewpoint of sealing angle, making the result much more reasonable.
