摘　　要：介绍了金川集团股份有限公司化工厂利用高效固液分离技术,对原有湍冲塔进行改造,研发并应用了新型沉降洗涤塔,同时改造了脱气塔、管式反应器和渣罐。将酸性废水沉降工艺由部分脱除优化为全部脱除,有效分离了酸性废水中的泥和水,最大限度回用了酸泥和酸性废水,减少了酸性废水排放量。High efficient liquid-solid separation technology of Jinchuan Chemical Company Ltd. was developed to transfrom the old turbulent tower. A new settlement scrubbing tower was developed and put into application; meanwhile the degassing tower, tubular reactor and tailings receiver were modified. The acidic waste water settling process turned the partial removal into complete removal, effectively separating the sludge from the water, optimizing recycle of acidic sludge and water, and reducing acidic waste water discharge.
