摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加快,我国城市景观照明发展迅速,但仍处于成长期,存在盲目亮化、无序建设等诸多问题。因此,吸取国外优秀经验有助于未来我国城市景观照明事业健康有序的发展。在梳理国外景观照明建设模式与运营机制、客观合理认识景观照明贡献的基础上,结合我国景观照明发展的实际,从建设管理体制、机制、经费等方面进行分析,并遵循城市经营/运营理念,研究制定适合我国特色的城市景观照明长效运营机制,以保障我国景观照明建设管理工作的可持续发展。With the accelerating of urbanization, China＇s urban landscape lighting is developing rapidly. But as it is still in the growth stage, there appears blind lighting, disorderly construction and many other problems. Therefore, learning from foreign experiences is beneficial for the health and orderly development of China＇s landscape lighting＇s future. Based on the summary of foreign landscape lighting construction mode and operation mechanism, and the objective and reasonable understanding on landscape lighting＇s contributions, combined with actual conditions of China＇s landscape lighting development, the paper carries an analysis from the aspects of construction and management system, mechanism and funds. Following city operation and management principles, we study and formulate a long-term operating mechanism of urban landscape lighting suitable for China, in order to ensure sustainable development of China＇s urban landscape lighting＇s construction and management.
