摘　　要：以飞机卤钨灯生产为例,着重介绍了钨丝选取,灯丝焊接,压封控制和排气检测等工艺方面的经验。对于其他场合使用的卤钨灯的生产制造,也具有一定程度的借鉴意义。This article takes aircraft halogen tungsten lamp production as an example to introduce experiences in tungsten filament selection, welding, pressure seal control and exhaust testing process. It also has certain degree of reference to other tungsten halogen lamps manufacturing.
