摘　　要：热心捐资大陆教育事业与设立奖学金;捐资慈善事业侧重地区不同是两位宁波商人慈善事业两个特点。巨额的财富,是爱国捐资慈善事业的物资前提;有一颗热爱祖国、热爱教育事业的赤子之心;香港地区慈善传统、氛围及宁波帮对家乡捐资的热心;家庭慈善、爱国传统的沿袭;个人乐于慈善的理财观等五点是两位宁波商人爱国捐资慈善事业的成因。Both born in Ningbo, Pao and Shaw＇s being enthusiastic about donation to China's Mainland＇s education and scholarships but with different focusing areas is the very characteristic of their charity work. There are at least five common factors behind their charity work. First, they both have made historic fortunes, which provide guarantee for their charity career. They both have the kindness and deep love for the motherland and for education. Besides, they come from Hongkong, a place with dense charity tradition and atmosphere, and they are also members of Ningbo Bang, which has great enthusiasm for patriotic donation. What＇s more, they have just followed good family tradition and patriotic tradition to do charity work. And, charity work has already been a good part of their financing concept.
