益气活血汤颗粒治疗急性冠脉综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气活血颗粒治疗冠心病-急性冠脉综合征(Acute Coronary Syndrome,ACS)的疗效。方法:对住院病人300例,随机双盲分两组,对照组,即常规用药治疗组,如扩冠抗凝(ABCDE)等治疗,治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上,加用口服益气活血颗粒1 d 2次,两组治疗观察2周。结果:治疗组与对照组疗效比较,治疗组和对照组症状缓解,或症状消失,心电图好转变化,心肌酶、心脏超声等变化指标上均好于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组在用药过程中未见不良反应。结论:益气活血颗粒治疗冠心病急性冠脉综合征疗效确切可靠,值得推广使用。Objective：To observe the effects of Yiqi Huoxue Granule in treatment of acute coronary syndrome（ACS）. Methods：300 patients,who were consistent with the eligibility criteria of the clinical study,were divided into two groups：treatment group and control group. The patients in the treatment group were received routine treatment,such as coronary dilatation,anticoagulation,（A,B,C,D,E treatment）and so on. Yiqi Huoxue Granule was given based on the routine treatment in patients of control group. They were both observed for two weeks. Results：Comparing with the two groups,the treatment group was much better than the control group in myocardial enzyme,ECG and UCG（P0.05）. There was no adverse reaction in treatment group. Conclusion：The effects of Yiqi Huoxue Granule,in treatment of ACS patient is active and reliable,which is worth promoting.
