郭恩绵教授治疗慢性肾小球肾炎经验总结

摘　　要：郭恩绵教授认为慢性肾小球肾炎是由先天不足,后天失养,久病湿浊瘀血内生,外邪内舍于肾所致脾肾两虚、肾络亏损、湿瘀互结之证。治以补益脾肾、祛湿通络之法,自拟良方玉肾露,随症加减,临床疗效甚佳。Professor GUO Enmian thinks that chronic glomerulonephritis is by be congenitally insufficiency;lack proper care after birth;long course of disease lead to stasis and dump endogenous;external evil homes in the kidney caused by the deficiency of both the spleen and kidney,network kidney deficiency,damp-stasis come up with each other. Treatment principle is the method of invigorating the spleen and kidney,eliminating dampness and dredging collaterals. Professor GUO Enmian creates yu Shenlu,addition and subtraction Chinese herb with the changes of symptoms,in which are important beneficiaries of clinical curative effect.
