还少胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗脾肾两虚型排卵障碍性不孕症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察还少胶囊联合克罗米芬对脾肾两虚型排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将180例脾肾两虚型排卵障碍性不孕症患者随机分为3组:联合组60例,给予还少胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗;中药组60例,单用还少胶囊治疗;西药组60例,单纯用克罗米芬治疗。治疗3个月经周期后对比3组患者治疗后的临床症状、子宫内膜厚度、宫颈黏液、卵泡质量、排卵情况及妊娠率等指标。结果:治疗后3组在排卵率、妊娠率比较,联合组和中药组明显优于西药组(P<0.05),中药组与联合组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后联合组与中药组宫颈黏液、子宫内膜厚度均优于西药组(P<0.05),中药组与联合组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);3组成熟卵泡数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:还少胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗脾肾两虚型排卵障碍性不孕症,可以有效调节患者的内分泌水平,从而减少克罗米芬抗雌激素样作用对子宫内膜的不良影响,增加患者妊娠率,临床疗效确切。Objective：To observe the joint Huanshao Capsule clomiphene citrate to spleen and kidney type two empty the clinical curative effect of ovulation obstructive infertility. Methods：180 cases of spleen kidney both deficiency type ovulation obstructive infertility patients were randomly divided into three groups：a joint group of 60 cases,giving Huanshao Capsule joint clomiphene citrate treatment;Chinese traditional medicine group of 60 cases,use Huanshao Capsule treatment;western medicine group of 60 cases,use the clomiphene citrate treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms of three groups of patients after treatment,cervical mucus,endometrial thickness,egg quality,ovulation and pregnancy rate and other indicators. Results：In patients with improvement of traditional Chinese medicine spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome type two aspects,the joint group and Chinese medicine group is superior to western medicine group（P0.05）,no statistical difference between traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）and joint group（P0.05）;combined with traditional Chinese medicine group after treatment cervical mucus,endometrial thickness and pregnancy rates are better than western medicine group（P0.05）,no statistical difference between traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）and joint group（P0.05）;three groups,the number of mature follicle ovulation rate comparison,there were no significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion：Huanshao Capsule joint clomiphene citrate to treat of spleen and kidney two virtual type of ovulation disorder infertility,can effectively adjust the patient＇s level of endocrine,thus reducing resistance estrogen-like effect of g club adverse impact on the lining of the uterus,increase the rate of patients with pregnancy.
