摘　　要：下肢痿证是临床上常见的一种疾病,笔者通过临床观察和理论研究,认为下肢痿证与腹股沟区关系密切,该文从经络、经筋和解剖角度对腹股沟区与下肢痿证的关系进行了探讨,初步阐明了从腹股沟区论治下肢痿证的原理。Flaccidity syndrome on lower limb is a kind of common disease in clinical and it is thought that the flaccidity syndrome on lower limb is related to inguinal through clinical observation as well as the study on theories. This research not only has explored the relationship from three aspects,meridian and collaterals,muscle tendons,and anatomy,but also has illustrated its mechanism.
