摘  要:目的:研究探讨IL-1β和IL-2与心律失常的关系,及其在表达过程中对心律失常的影响和作用。方法:72只大鼠随机分成6组每组12只,即对比组、模型组、空白治疗组、西药组、中药组、中西药结合组,采用分别灌注IL-1β和IL-2的方法,观察大鼠心律变化,通过动态监测IL-1β与IL-2对大鼠血浆神经肽的影响及各个时段的心电图变化,同时利用Western Blot和激光聚焦(LSCM)显微镜检测IL-1β和IL-2的蛋白表达水平。结果:灌注IL-1β组的大鼠心肌组织表达空白组和西药组表达显著增加(P<0.05),灌注IL-2组的大鼠心肌组织表达空白组、中西药结合组表达显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:灌注IL-1β和IL-2后的大鼠心肌组织发生变化,大量的IL-1β和IL-2可能对大鼠心律失常的形成有诱导或促进作用。Objective:To study the IL-1 beta and IL-2 and the relationship between cardiac arrhythmia, and its effect on cardiac arrhythmias in the process of expression and function. Methods:72 rats were divided into 6 groups at random,each group of 12 blank control group,model group,treatment group,western medicine,Chinese medicine group,the combination of Chinese and western group,using respectively perfusion IL-1 beta and IL-2, the method of theory method in the rat heart rhythm changes,through dynamic monitoring IL-1 beta and IL-2 of the effect of rat plasma neuropeptides and electrocardiogram(ecg) changes every time, at the same time using the Western Blot and laser focusing microscope(LSCM)detection of IL-1 beta and IL-2 protein expression levels. Results:Perfusion IL-1 beta rat myocardial tissue expression of empty group and combination of Chinese and western group increased significantly(P0.05),perfusion IL-2 groups of dazu county impatient expression empty group,Chinese medicine group,the combination of Chinese and western expression increased significantly(P0.05). Conclusion:Perfusion IL-1 beta and IL-2 after the rats myocardial tissue changes,a large number of IL-1 beta and IL-2 May induce or promote the formation of the rats cardiac arrhythmias of role.
