定痛膏抗炎镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨定痛膏的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法:分别采用小鼠足趾肿胀法和小鼠尾压痛法实验观察定痛膏的抗炎、镇痛药理作用。结果:定痛膏可明显抑制角叉菜胶所致的炎症反应,使小鼠的足趾肿胀程度降低43.24%;并可使小鼠的痛阈提高33倍以上,显著延长尾压痛小鼠疼痛潜伏期;且其作用效果与扶他林接近(P>0.05)。结论:定痛膏具有较好的抗炎、镇痛作用。Objective：To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Dingtonggao Cream. Methods：The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Dingtonggao Cream were observed by adopting methods of mice ear swelling induced by dimethyl benzene,hot plate test of mice. Results：DingtonggaoCream could inhibit paw edema in mice induced by carrageenan,and the rate of inhibition was 43.24%;It also increased the pain threshold value more than 33 times and prolonged the period of pain reaction caused by tail pain tenderness in mice. Conclusion：Dingtonggao Cream is obvious in anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
