摘 要:目的:对浙江于潜产白术的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用乙醇回流法提取,经硅胶柱色谱及制备高效液相色谱法等进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定和波谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:从浙江于潜产白术中分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为:(1)蒲公英萜醇乙酸酯、(2)白术内酯Ⅱ、(3)邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、(4)邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、(5)杜松脑、(6)白术内酯Ⅰ、(7)白术内酯Ⅲ。结论:化合物(3)、(4)为首次从苍术属植物白术中分离得到。Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of Atractylodes macrocephala from Yuqian,Zhejiang. Methods:The dried rhizome of Atractylodes macrocephala was extracted with the method of ethanol refluxing. The constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel,RP-HPLC. The structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectrum analysis. Results:Seven compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as(1)taraxasteryl acetate,(2)atractylenolide Ⅱ,(3)diisobutyl phthalate,(4)dibutyl phthalate,(5)juniper camphor,(6)atractylenolideⅠ,(7)atractylenolideⅢ. Conclusion:Compound 3,4 were isolated for the first time from Atractylodes macrocephala.
