一指禅推法作用于胆肾经原穴的脑功能磁共振研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨一指禅推拿与指压胆肾经原穴(丘墟穴、太溪穴)对脑功能的影响。方法:通过血氧水平依赖性磁共振脑功能成像技术,选取健康青年志愿者12例,按随机原则,将一指禅推太溪穴、一指禅推丘墟穴、指压太溪穴、指压丘墟穴的刺激次序进行随机分配。每例受试者按随机次序均给以相应的刺激(一指禅推法或指压法),采用组块模式进行f MRI扫描,获取数据。然后由专人使用SPM8软件进行盲法后处理。结果:一指禅推右侧太溪穴主要激活脑区:右顶叶中央后回,右边缘叶海马旁回、钩回,左颞叶颞上回、颞中回,左枕中回,左额叶额上回、额中回、内侧额回,左脑干红核,右颞叶颞上回、颞中回,右顶叶角回,左顶叶楔前叶、左边缘叶扣带回,双侧丘脑,左尾状体,左屏状核。一指禅推右侧丘墟穴主要激活脑区:左额叶额上回、额中回、左额叶额下回、双侧额叶中央前回,右颞叶颞上回,右额叶内侧额回,右边缘叶扣带回、前扣带回,左边缘叶扣带回,右颞叶颞上回、颞中回、右顶叶中央后回,右额叶中央前回。指压右侧太溪穴主要激活脑区:左额叶中央前回,双侧额叶内侧额回,左小脑前叶,左小脑后叶小脑扁桃体,右小脑山顶,左边缘叶海马旁回。指压右侧丘墟穴主要激活脑区为右颞叶亚沟回,右额叶中央前回,右颞叶颞上回,左额叶中央前回,左颞叶颞横回、颞上回,左额叶额上回,右枕叶梭状回,双侧枕叶舌回,左枕叶楔叶,左中扣带回,左尾状体,左边缘叶海马旁回、左额叶额上回。结论:四组相同之处在于都可激活高级神经活动和内脏活动功能,不同手法对同一穴位刺激激活的脑功能区有所区别,同一种手法对不同穴位刺激激活的脑功能区也不同。Objective：To observe the effect of brain function by single-finger meditation pushing and finger pressing on source points of the gallbladder and kidney meridian（Qiuxu point and Taixi point）.Methods：12 normal young volunteers are random Ly assigned into four groups by single-finger meditation pushing on Taixi,Qiuxu and finger pressing on Taixi,Qiuxu through the blood oxygen level dependent—brain functional magnetic resonance imaging（BOLD-f MRI）.Each volunteer is treated by single-finger meditation pushing or finger pressing random Ly and scanned by f MRI in block mode.Finally,obtain the data and analyze it by SPM8 with blind method. Results：The brain areas including the right postcentral gyrus,right parahippocampal gyrus,right uncinate gyrus,left superior temporal gyrus,left middle temporal gyrus,left middle occipital gyrus,left superior frontal gyrus,left middle frontal gyrus,left medial frontal gyrus,left red nucleus,right superior temporal gyrus,right middle temporal gyrus,right angular gyrus,left precuneus,left cingulate gyrus,two-sided cerebral ganglion,left caudate nucleus and left claustrum were activated by single-finger meditation pushing on right Taixi point. The brain areas including the left superior frontal gyrus,left middle frontal gyrus,left inferior frontal gyrus,two-sided precentral gyrus,right superior temporal gyrus,right medial frontal gyrus,right cingulate gyrus,right anterior cingutate,left cingulate gyrus,right superior temporal gyrus,right middle temporal gyrus,right posterior central gyrus and right precentral gyrus were activated by single-finger meditation pushing on right Qiuxu point.The brain areas including the left precentral gyrus,two-sided medial frontal gyrus,left cerebellar lobe,left tonsil of cerebellum,right culmen cerebellum and left parahippocampal gyrus were activated by finger pressing on right Taixi point.The brain areas including the right uncinate gyrus,right precentral gyrus,right superior temporal gyrus,left precentral gyrus,left transverse temporal gy
