摘　　要：近年来,急性痛风性关节炎由于其在关节处的红、肿、热、痛让患者生活质量严重降低,而针灸及壮医药对于治疗该病有着简便易行、副作用小的优势和令人满意的良好效果,近年来,诸多临床工作者在此方面进行了许多有益的研究,表明了针灸及壮医药治疗痛风性关节炎的广阔前景。In recent years,because of its acute gouty arthritis in the joints,such as redness,swelling,heat,pain,let the patients quality of life seriously is reduced,and the Zhuang medicine and acupuncture for treatment of the disease has a simple,side effects of small advantages,and a satisfactory result. In recent years,many useful clinical workers in this aspect research showed that acupuncture and zhuang medicine would have the broad prospects in the treatment of gouty arthritis.
