摘　　要：目的:观察独活寄生汤加减联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗糖皮质激素诱导的骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:采用独活寄生汤加减联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗治疗60例糖皮质激素诱导的骨质疏松症病例,评价治疗前后疼痛缓解情况和骨密度变化。结果:独活寄生汤、阿仑膦酸钠单独使用3个月后,病人的腰椎及股骨Ward三角的骨密度明显增加,疼痛明显减轻,但是两者联合应用效果更加明显,疗效明显优于单独用药组。结论:独活寄生汤加减联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗糖皮质激素诱导的骨质疏松症有效、安全。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with alendronate sodium in the treatment of glucocorticoid induced osteoporosis. Methods：Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with alendronate sodium in the treatment of osteoporosis treatment in 60 cases of glucocorticoid induced osteoporosis,evaluate the pain relief and the changes of bone mineral density before and after treatment. Results：After 3 months of use Duhuo Jisheng decoction and alendronate alone,patients lumbar spine and femoral Ward triangle bone mineral density increased significantly,pain significantly reduced,but the curative effect in combination use of Duhuo Jisheng decoction and alendronate was obviously superior to the single drug group. Conclusion：Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with alendronate sodium was effective and safe in the treatment of glucocorticoid induced osteoporosis.
