摘 要:为定量分析振动压路机工艺参数对压实质量连续检测参数的影响程度,基于正交试验设计原理,以压实质量连续检测指标CMV值为研究对象,以振动压路机振幅、振动频率、碾压速度以及行驶方向为影响因素,在沪昆高铁芷江试验段开展压实质量连续检测试验。研究结果表明:振幅、振动频率和碾压速度对CMV值的影响高度显著,行驶方向对CMV值的影响显著,影响程度依次为振幅>振动频率>碾压速度>行驶方向。根据CMV值的变异系数确定使CMV值最为稳定的振动压路机压实工艺参数,并以稳定状态下的CMV值为基准,建立回归方程,对其他压实工艺参数条件下的CMV值进行修正。For quantitative analysis of the vibratory compaction technology parameters on the influence degree of continuous compaction measured value ,based on the orthogonal experimental design, CMV was taken as the research ob- ject, the amplitude , excitation frequency, roller speed and driving direction was selected as the factors; the continuous compaction check in Zhijiang construction site of Shanghai - Kunming High - Speed Railway was carried out. The results demonstrate that the amplitude, excitation frequency and roller speed have a highly significant effect on CMV, driving direction has an obvious influence on CMV; and the degree follows by : amplitude 〉 excitation frequency 〉 roller speed 〉 driving direction. According to the coefficient of variation of CMV, determining the vibratory compaction technology parameters, which make CMV the most stable; Based on the steadystate CMV, a regression model was established to correct the CMV under the condition of the other vibratory compaction technology parameters. This paper provides a new method to improve the stability of the continuous compaction value.
