摘 要:随着列车不断向高速、重载和轻量化方向发展,列车关键部件过盈配合面(如轮轴、车轴-轴承等)微动损伤问题日益突出,已成为影响铁路运输安全的关键问题之一。在分析列车关键部件过盈配合面微动损伤机理的基础上,归纳几种典型的过盈配合面微动损伤的类型,进一步分析其影响因素及防护措施,并论述过盈配合面微动损伤的研究方法。最后,对过盈配合面微动损伤的研究进行展望,为铁路列车列车关键部件过盈配合面微动损伤的研究指明方向。With the train speed rising,load heaving and lightening,the fretting damage problem on the train key components (such as wheel -axle /axle -bearing)interference fitted surface which is one of the key issues affect the safety of railway transportation and is increasingly prominent.Several kinds of fretting damage types were in-duced by analyzing the fretting damage mechanism of the train key components interference fitted surface.The surface damage influence factors and the protective measures on the interference fitted surface were also ana-lyzed,and the research methods of the micro damage about the interference fit surfaces were discussed.Finally, the prospect and potential of research on fretting damage of interference fitted surface was presented.It defines research directions for the fretting damage of the train key components interference fitted surface.
