摘 要:本文研究了常规锤头、加入与未加入纳米改性剂的高铬铸铁样品的划痕行为,对划痕表面形貌和截面组织进行了对比分析,并研究三种高铬铸铁样品在划痕试验过程中摩擦系数变化及它们的划痕抗力。结果表明:改性剂加入后,高铬铸铁样品的摩擦力、摩擦系数降低,划痕抗力提高,耐磨性更好。In this paper, the scratch behavior of conventional hammer of high chromium cast iron speci- mens with and without nano-modifier were mainly studied. The surface morphology and cross-sectional mi- crostruetures of specimen after scratching were contrastively analyzed. The change of friction coefficient and their scratch resistance of three kinds of specimens were researched during scrstch test. Results show that the force of friction and friction coefficient are decreased, and the scratch resistance is incressed and wear resistance is better after adding nano-modifier,.
