摘　　要：面对经济全球化趋势和新科技革命的加速发展,培养优秀的人才成为高校人才培养的核心任务。通过对高等院校人才培养和社会需求现状的分析,总结其中存在的问题,旨在参考国外高校本科应用型人才培养的经验,为中国高校本科人才对接社会需求发展提出有针对性的策略与建议。In the face of economic globalization trend and the accelerate development of new technology revolution, cultivating excellent talents has become the core task of personnel training in universities. In this paper,by analyzing the present situation of talents cultivation in universities and social demand, summarizing the existing problems, we aim to refer to the experience of applied talents training abroad for undergraduate and put forward more targeted strategies and suggestions for personnel training in universities butting joint with social demand in our country.
