摘　　要：进针手法是针灸的基础,好的进针手法能够减轻患者的痛苦,提高临床疗效。归纳总结各位名医的进针手法,得知押手和守神是必不可少的要素。在此基础上,提出进针三式,以达到无痛或者微痛进针的效果,对临床有着一定指导意义。Needle insertion and manipulation techniques are the key factor in acupuncture. It would not only relieve suffering of the patients, but also help in increasing clinical efficacy of the treatment. According to the experience of famous doctors though the ages, pressing hand and keeping spirit are necessary elements. The aim of this paper is to put forward three main methods of inserting needles which have great clinical significance in achieving insertion with little or no pain.
