影响高校保险硕士研究生就业因素的实证研究——基于Logistic回归方法的视角

摘　　要：随着硕士生招生和培养逐渐成为高校人才培养的重点环节,保险硕士研究生就业问题也引起广泛关注。本文通过对影响保险硕士研究生就业的相关因素展开全面的问卷调查,运用SPSS17.0统计软件建立回归模型,对保险硕士研究生就业的相关影响因素进行探讨,发现性别、社会实践经历、个人形象、毕业院校、荣誉证书、专业背景和学习成绩对就业有着显著的影响。在此基础上,提出针对促进保险硕士研究生就业与发展的建议。While the enrollment and development of postgraduate gradually become the important link in higher education, problem of insurance postgraduate employment has attracted extensive concern. This paper makes comprehensively survey on the related factors influencing insurance postgraduate employment, and establi- shes regression model by statistical software SPSS17.0 to explore the factors influencing the employment of graduate students, and finds that the gender, social practice experience, personal image, graduated university, the honorary certificates, professional background and academic performance have significant impacts on the employ- ment. Based on the above, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote employment and development for insurance graduate students.
