补肝健腰方治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效及对血清TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补肝健腰方治疗腰椎间盘突出症的安全性和临床疗效及对血清TNF-α的影响。方法:将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组(补肝健腰方组)与对照组(腰痹通胶囊组),比较两组临床疗效及患者血清TNF-α的变化情况。结果:两组均能明显改善临床症状、体征及VAS评分,治疗组优于对照组;在降低血清TNF-α方面,治疗组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组患者在治疗期间未见明显不良反应,对照组有6例皮肤药疹,未做特殊处理,1周后自行消退治疗,其余病例均未见明显不良反应。结论:补肝健腰方治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全、有效,降低TNF-α浓度为其可能的作用机制之一。Objective： To investigate the safety and clinical effects of Bugan Jianyao decoction （补肝健腰方） on patients with lumbar herniated disc and its influence on serum TNF-α. Method： The 60 patients with lumbar herniated disc were ran- domly divided into treatment group （Bugan Jianyao decoction group） and control group （Yaobitong capsule group）. The changes of clinical efficacy and the patients＇ serum TNF-α between the two groups were observed. Results： Both group could significantly improve the clinical symptoms,signs and VAS score, and the treatment group was better than the control group ;in terms of low- ering serum TNF-α, the difference between before and after treatment of Bugan Jianyao decoction group was statistically signifi- cant （P〈0.05）. During the period of treatment, in addition to 6 cases of Skin drug eruption in the control group not making spe- cial treatment,and spontaneous regression after a week, there were not any obvious adverse reactions in the rest of two groups. Conclusions： Bugan Jianyao decoction ia safe and effective, and decreasing the concentration of TNF-α maybe one of the possi- ble mechanisms.
