摘  要:目的:建立野菊花栓中绿原酸和蒙花苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent XDB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.6%冰醋酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长为334 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:绿原酸和蒙花苷分别在4.32~103.7、12.64~303.4μg/m L与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率和RSD%分别为100.2%和1.9%,99.5%和1.5%。结论:本方法准确、快速、灵敏度高,可用于野菊花栓中绿原酸和蒙花苷的含量测定和提高其质量标准。Objective: To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of ehlorogenic acid and linarin in Yejuhua Shuan. Method: Agilent XDB-C1s (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used, the mobile phase was CH3OH-H20-HAc, gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelenghth was 334 nm, and the column pemprature was 30 ℃. Results: The linear relationship of chlorogenic acid and linarin were in the ranges of 4.32~103.7, 12.64~303.4 μg/mL; the average recovery of chlorogenic acid and linarin 100.2%, 99.5%, with RSD were 1.9%, 1.5%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate, rapid, and can be used for determination of chlorogenic acid and linarin in Yejuhua Shuan, and to improve the quality standards.
