摘　　要：作为"信息中心战"的基础,数据链是决定战争胜败的关键。但是,现有数据链与未来联合作战信息保障需求尚有差距,复杂电磁环境下可靠通信、大量作战资源智能化管理与控制、分布式网络规划与管理及情报数据处理与实时战术应用等技术亟需提升。本文结合国外相关研究项目与民用先进技术的发展,探讨数据链与相关新技术的相似点,并分析了这些技术在数据链的应用。As the basis of ＂information centric warfare＂, data link is critical to the outcome of war. However, there is gap between the capability of current data link and the information requirement of future joint operations. The capability of reliable communication, intelligent management and control of operational resources, distributed network planning and management and processing and real-time application of intelligence data needs to be improved. In this paper, based on the development of advanced foreign programs and civilian technologies, the similarity between data link and relevant new technologies is studied. Besides, the application of these new technologies is analyzed.
