摘 要:随着电网中可再生能源比例持续增长,日食等极端天气条件对大规模光伏发电、风电等电源并网运行将产生显著影响,电网安全稳定运行面临前所未有的挑战。对2015年3月20日欧洲日食发生期间光伏发电运行的基本情况及电网调度运行的成功应对措施进行了分析,探讨了未来含高比例可再生能源电力系统的运行常态及特点,提出了此次事件对我国含高比例可再生能源电网安全稳定运行的几点启示,最后对2016年日食对我国青海电网运行的影响进行了分析和展望。Development of large-scale and deep penetration renewable energy is now the primary choice for energy conversion worldwide, and is also an evolution direction for future power system. With increasing renewable penetration in power system, extreme weathers such as solar eclipse show significant impact on renewable generation operation, resulting in great challenges to power grid safety and stability. In this paper, European solar eclipse on 2015 March 20 and its impact on European power grid operation were reviewed, solutions that E.U power grid operators used before and during the event were analyzed, and the profile of future power system operation with significant renewable penetration was discussed. From the event, several experiences were concluded for Chinese power system operation with high penetration renewable sources. The upcoming solar eclipse in 2016 and its potential impact on Qinghai power grid operation were evaluated.
