摘  要:哈郑直流投运后,为应对电网不平衡冲击功率带来的切负荷量大等问题,迫切需要研究交直流系统的安全稳定控制措施配合技术。为此提出一种哈郑直流闭锁后所需要采取的交直流协调控制措施量化计算方法。该方法基于电网运行的实时响应特征量,计算区域电网联络线静态稳定运行极限功率;根据区域电网发生的扰动信息,计算联络线功率波动峰值超调量;基于联络线功率头摆峰值理论及不平衡功率再分配理论计算需要采取的安全稳定量化控制措施。通过利用直流功率紧急控制,可替代或减少直流闭锁故障后受端华中电网的切负荷量,有效提升电网安全与运行效率。此外,所提出的方法中计算数据均可通过广域测量系统得到,不依赖于离线仿真验证,可用于交直流协调控制措施的在线制定与运行。With the operation of Hami-Zhengzhou(Hazheng) ultra HVDC(UHVDC) transmission project, to deal with the large quantity of load shedding brought about by the unbalanced impact power, the study of security and stability AC/DC coordinated control is urgently demanded. The present study proposes a quantitative calculation method of AC/DC coordinated control in the receiving-end Central China power grid after the occurrence of Hazheng UHVDC bipolar block fault. Based on the real-time response data of power system operation, the proposed method calculates the peak value overshoot of tie-line power fluctuation, and put forward the security and stability quantitative calculation in virtue of the theory of unbalanced power rearrangement. This method can completely or partially replace load shedding of the receiving-end Central China power grid, and effectively enhance the power system security and operation efficiency. Moreover, calculation data of the proposed method can be completely derived through the wide-area measurement system, which does not rely on simulation verification and is suitable to on-line formulation of AC/DC coordinated control strategy as well.
