摘 要:配电线路在断路器操作时出现励磁涌流现象,经常导致线路保护误动作、合闸失败等问题,使得对该涌流的机理分析与准确识别变得非常紧迫与必要。在分析励磁涌流和故障电流波形特征差异的基础上,提出了基于动态四边形分析的识别方法,在电流波形上动态形成特定的四边形集合,通过计算该集合中平行四边形出现的比例来识别励磁涌流。在PSCAD上搭建了10 kV配电网模型,仿真产生不同合闸角、不同剩磁条件下的励磁涌流和不同类型故障电流,应用所提方法都能准确识别励磁涌流和故障电流。最后,对实测励磁涌流和故障电流的录波数据进行检测,应用动态四边形分析法能够正确、有效识别励磁涌流和故障电流。Inrush current occurred when closing the breaker in distribution lines, and it may lead to incorrect tripping of line protective relays and failure of breaker closing, which makes it urgent and necessary to analyze the mechanism and find out an accurate identification method of inrush current. Based on the analysis of the characteristic of transformer inrush and fault current, this paper puts forward a novel inrush current identifying method based on dynamic quadrangular. The method uses the characteristics of current waveform to get a set of quadrilateral dynamically, based on calculation of the proportion of parallelogram to discriminate inrush current from fault current. A 10 k V distribution network simulation model is created with the transient simulation tool PSCAD. In this model, the characteristic of fault current is simulated in different kinds of failures, and the characteristic of magnetizing inrush current caused by switch-in on no-load transformer at different switching angles and different remanent flux is simulated, the research results of this paper have been confirmed in actual projects. Finally, the test results of the recording data of inrush and fault current validated the feasibility of the proposed approach.
