摘  要:结合非球面透镜的几何特征和光学要求确定了多级注射速度分布特征,并根据传统注塑成型熔体流动经验得出了多级注射速度转化位置理论值,然后通过短射试验优化了注射压缩成型过程中的多级注射参数。最后通过对比制品分级的理论值与实际值之间的差别,对厚壁光学元件注射压缩成型实验的结果进行了总结。According to the geometrical characteristics and optical requirements of the aspheric lens, the distribution characteristics of multi-stage injection velocity were determined, and the theoretical value of multi-stage injection speed conversion position was obtained on the basic of traditional injection moulding melt flow experience, then the multi-stage injection parameters of injection compression moulding process were optimized through the short shot experiment. Finally, the experimental results for injection compression moulding of the thick-walled optical element were summarized by comparing the difference between the theoretical value and practical value of products classification.
