摘 要:论述了一种基于计算机数值模拟技术的精密压塑模具逆向尺寸设计理论,以快速、低成本地设计出精密压塑模具,并生产出无需二次加工的一次成型制品,同时提高模具开发效率、降低生产成本。本文采用了模拟和实验相结合的研究方法:借助计算机辅助设计和辅助分析软件,模拟了制品生产过程中的模具状态,对理想制品逆向加载成型条件,还原脱模前制品关键尺寸,对模具变形型腔进行拟合、修正,并通过实验验证了该设计思路的正确性。结果表明:该精密压塑模具尺寸设计理论具有可行性和精确性,对实际生产有一定的参考价值。A reverse design theory for dimension of the precision compression molds based on computer numerical simulation is discussed in this paper, aims at precision compression molds with quick design speed and low design cost, one-timely molded production with no secondary processing, higher production efficiency of the compression molding and lower production costs. This paper adopts a research methods combining simulation with experiment: simulates the state of molds in the production process by drawing support from computer-aided design and analysis software, loads reverse molding conditions on ideal product, restores key dimensions of product before demould, makes reverse fitting and correction of the deformed cavity, and verifies the validity of the design theory by experiment. The results show that the design theory is feasibility and accuracy, and has a certain reference value to the practical production.
