摘 要:针对大港地区港西油田浅层水窜通道严重和注入水通过裂缝等窜至地面问题.开展浅层水窜通道和断层封堵技术研究。结合油藏条件和流体性质优选出超分子聚集体.对其温度、盐度适应性以及-枯度、添加剂和注入性等方面进行了实验研究。寞验结果表明,1号超分子聚集体(配方:1.0%光亚凝胶+0.1%交联剂+高强度复合造壁刺)具有较好的抗高温性、耐盐性、粘弹性.且抗冲稀能力强、强度高、注入性能好.可实现大剂量高速注入;并且在聚集体溶液中加入适量的交联剂能大幅提高聚集体性能。结合油葳情况制定了现场试验方案并进行了实施.方案实施后近1年的跟踪结果表明,注水井的注水压力稳定.受益油井的井组增油量较实施前增加了10j%.投入产出比达1:4.8。该技术有效地解决了港西地区浅层大孔道的封堵问题.为类似油藏开发提供了借鉴。According to the problems of serious shallow water channeling in Gangxi oilfield,Dagang area and injected water channeling to the ground through cracks,the research on shallow water channeling and fault sealing technique were carried out.Combined with reservoir conditions and fluid properties,the supra-molecular aggregates were preferably selected to carry out experimentally study on their temperature,salinity adaptability,as well as viscosity,additives and other aspects.The experimental results showed that No.1 supra-molecular aggregate(compund:1.0%gel Guangya +0.1% cross linking agent + high-strength composite wall building agent) has good resistance to high temperature,salt tolerance,viscoelasticity,and anti — dilution ability,high strength and good performance on injection,can achieve large dosage of injection with high speed and greatly improve aggregate performance when an appropriate amount of cross linking agent is added to the aggregate solution.Combined with the reservoir conditions,field test program was made and implemented,the tracking results after a year s implementation of the program showed that the injection pressure of injection wells was stable,the oil production of well group from the benefited wells was increased by 105% compared with before the implementation,input-output ratio was 1:4.8.The technology effectively solved the problem of shallow large pore blocking in Gangxi oilfiled and provided a reference for similar reservoir development.
