摘 要:油基钻井液是目前国内外页岩气开发中采用最多的钻井液体系,但钻井后存在井壁和套管形成的油膜和油基钻井液泥饼问题,这会严重影响固井质量。研发了一种油基清洗液体系,并对该清洗液体系性能进行了评价。研究结果表明,油基清洗液具有较高的清洗效率,且油基清洗液在加重后具有较低的黏度和较好的沉降稳定性。此外,油基清洗液体系具有良好的润湿反转性能,与水泥浆体系配伍性好。该清洗液体系在页岩气水平井开发中推广应用,固井质量合格率100%,优质率达到90%以上,取得了良好的施工效果。Oil-based drilling fluid was one of the drilling fluids mostly used for shale gas development both at home and abroad,but there existed problems of the film formed by borehole and casings,and the mud cake formed by oil-based drilling fluid after drilling,it would seriously affect the quality of cementation.They will seriously affect the quality of cementing.In order to improve the cementing of first and second interface bond strength,improve cementing quality.An oil-based cleaning fluid system was researched and developed,and its performance was evaluated.Experimental results show that the oil-based cleaning fluid has a better cleaning effect and it has lower viscosity and better sedimentary stability after it is weighted.Therefore it has better compatibility and reversal effect of wettability.After the cleaning system is introduced in the development of shale gas,the qualification rate of cementation is 100% with 90% high quality rate.
