摘　　要：恩曼CPRS技术是一种利用合金进行水处理的方法,其利用不同金属间的电位差改变流体内粒子间的作用力场,由此达到缓蚀阻垢、改善水质的目的。阐述了恩曼CPRS技术在油田污水处理中的应用。华北油田第五采油厂污水矿化度高,腐蚀结垢严重,2014年在注水系统应用恩曼CPRS技术后,污水腐蚀率下降75%以上,结垢现象明显缓解,同时取得良好的经济效益。建议将恩曼CPRS装置的合金材料做成不同规格,根据需要安装在注水管网的相应节点上,由此提高油田污水处理效果,同时加强合金材料的国产化研究,降低工具单价,以利于该技术的进一步推广。Enmax CPRX is a method using alloy for water treatment,it changes the force among the fluid particles by the different metal potentials for scale removing and corrosion reduction.In Huabei Oilfield,salinity is high in the wastewater,scaling is severe.The corrosion rate is reduced by 75% or more after the Enmax CPRS is used in 2014,the scaling tendency was alleviated obviously,good economic effect was achieved.It is proposed that the alloy is processed into different forms and installed in the suitable place.The alloy would be cheaper if it is made in China,then the technology can be popularized widely.
