摘　　要：为了了解当前高校新入职青年教师职业倦怠的基本情况和影响因素,本文通过问卷调查以及有关统计学方法分析了新入职青年教师职业倦怠的影响因素,并根据分析结果和有关资料提出了缓解职业倦怠的建议和方法。In order to get to know the factors which can influence new young teachers＇ occupation burnout and the basic situation in the university, a research was conducted with a questionnaire survey and statistical analysis. This paper discussed the factors and put forward suggestions to alleviate their occupation burnout.
